A Bolo/ string-tie that I made using a fully-expanded Gold Dot hollow-point as the ornament. :)
230 grains @ 870 feet per second of John Moses Browning's finest creation.
Was a recovered round from one of my penetration/expansion tests of my carry ammo.
And yes, it worked perfectly as designed- penetrated 4 layers of denim, 1" of solid pine, and the F.B.I. minimum-requirement of 12-14 inches of gel. :)
