Tomahawk and Pugios

Well, my orders from one forge finally arrived! Though, I'm STILL waiting for my Damascus to get here..

1st up: a Colonial-style Tomahawk head !

The back side of the head has the large, flat hammer surface..

And, an idea of what she'll look like once I mount the head to the Rock Maple shaft

I plan to Tung Oil the shaft, and possibly decorate it in some manner or other, before shimming and fitting the head. -Stay tuned..
