And the Pugios..

Also arrived are two of my Modern Pugio blades - One of my most-popular knives, thus far, I decided to stock up on a couple more of these. I'll go- ahead and pre-make handles for them in Cherry, Bloodwood and Mahogany.

This way, if anyone wants to order one, all I'll need to do is mount the handles, and do some final sanding/shaping for them to be ready to ship out.

Also on the bench for today, some more work on the Cherry handles for this big beast..

It was originally going to be fitted with a large, fancy Brass cross-guard. But I've since decided to leave out the guard, and stick to just the wood handles. It keeps the already rather heavy knife's weight down a bit, and a little less bulky, as well.
